Urgent Care
Valley Immediate Care clinics are equipped with X-ray and lab facilities onsite to address most urgent care injury needs. Our state-of-the-art lab facilities can perform blood work, strep tests, urine tests, and other emergency procedures in Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass, and Brookings
Lab Testing
With on-site laboratory services, our state-of-the-art equipment can perform routine blood work, strep tests, urine tests, and more. Most test results are ready at the time of service, however, some specimens may be sent to RRMC and TRMC for further testing. (Asante charges separately for lab testing)
X-ray
Valley Immediate Care offers on-site digital x-ray services 365 days a year. X-rays are a great tool to diagnose fractures and other musculoskeletal injuries. Our providers will review the X-rays and discuss the results and treatment plan with you. If you need a referral for further diagnostic testing, our experienced staff will handle the referral appointment so you can focus on getting better!

Occupational Health

Valley Immediate Care works with Southern Oregon businesses to encourage employer input and involvement. We believe this exchange of information is essential to returning an injured worker to regular duties as early as possible. Our Occupational Health Specialists create custom communication protocols to accommodate your company’s unique needs and streamline the treatment reporting process. Regular communication with our medical staff ensures paperwork is current with the latest patient treatment information. Our Occupational Health Specialists can assist with translating medical diagnoses and procedure codes into more familiar terms.

Complete our Registration, Pain Diagram and Work Status forms for easy processing upon arrival.
Returned injured worker?
We also have contracts with Managed Care Organizations (MCO) to treat on-the-job injuries that need a more involved plan of care.

Valley Occupational Health Drug and Alcohol Testing Station
Valley Occupational Health offers drug and breath alcohol testing at a convenient testing site located in the heart of industrial White city. Like you, Valley Occupational Health is committed to providing a healthful workplace. Quick turn-around enables employers to make decisions in a timely manner. No longer is it necessary to drive across town for accurate, efficient, cost-effective substance abuse testing services.
Employer Services
Valley Immediate Care offers services ranging from pre-employment physicals and drug testing to post-accident care. Our Central Drug Screen Office is open Monday – Friday 8am-5pm to keep your employees out of our urgent care offices and to help facilitate faster results. Physicals

Physicals & Health Screenings
Valley Immediate Care offers a variety of physicals; for example, DOT (by appointment only), athletics, Department of Labor, Boy Scout, Coastguard, NHRA, adoption, diver, and FAA. We also perform glucose, cholesterol, and biometric screenings on-site, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Telemedicine

How Telemedicine Works
Our facility uses state-of-the-art, HIPAA compliant video conferencing system to connect the patient to a provider at another location. Telemedicine techs on site will take and record vital signs and use high-tech equipment to allow the physician to listen to heart and lungs, examine ears, nose, mouth and skin.
Lab Testing & Treatments Available
This facility will also have the capability to perform basic lab testing enabling illnesses such as strep throat, influenza, diabetes, urinary tract infection and mononucleosis to be quickly diagnosed. Treatments available include breathing treatments, basic wound care, injections and immunizations. Staff will send prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
